SleepFitt – Terms & Conditions

1. Scope of Services

SleepFitt provides custom furniture manufacturing, interior design consultation, and turnkey interior execution. All services are subject to availability, site feasibility, and agreement between the client and SleepFitt.

2. Quotation & Pricing

  • All quotes are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise mentioned.

  • Final prices may vary based on design changes, material availability, or scope updates.

  • Taxes, transportation, and installation charges are included/excluded as specified in the quotation.

3. Payment Terms

  • A minimum of 50% advance is required to initiate production.

  • Remaining balance must be paid before delivery/installation.

  • Payments are non-refundable once production begins.

  • Accepted methods: Bank transfer, UPI, cheque, credit/debit cards (subject to service charges).

4. Design Approval & Modifications

  • All design proposals must be approved in writing before manufacturing begins.

  • Design modifications post-approval may incur additional costs and impact delivery timelines.

  • 3D renders are for reference purposes; final product may have minor variations.

5. Delivery & Installation

  • Estimated delivery timelines are shared at the time of order confirmation.

  • Delays due to weather, third-party suppliers, or site readiness will be communicated.

  • Client must ensure the site is accessible and ready for installation.

6. Warranty & Repairs

  • Furniture products carry a [1–5 year warranty] depending on the item.

  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only and not damage due to misuse, water, pests, or physical damage.

  • Free service for minor repairs within the first 6 months; after that, charges apply.

7. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of advance payment.

  • After 48 hours, cancellation may incur a design and admin fee, or partial refund at SleepFitt’s discretion.

  • Custom-built items are non-refundable once production begins.

8. Client Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate measurements, preferences, and site access as needed.

  • Ensure all third-party work (electrical, plumbing, etc.) is complete before SleepFitt installation.

  • Cooperate with the project schedule to avoid delays.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, renders, and branding provided by SleepFitt remain its intellectual property.

  • Clients may not reproduce or resell designs without written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • SleepFitt is not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

  • In any event, liability is limited to the value of the product or service in question.

SleepFitt – Refund Policy

Thank you for choosing SleepFitt. We strive to deliver the best in customized furniture and interior design. As each order is crafted to your specific requirements, our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent for both parties.

1. Custom Furniture Orders

All SleepFitt furniture is made-to-order, based on customer specifications including size, material, finish, and design. Hence:

  • Refunds are not applicable once production begins.

  • If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us within 48 hours of making the advance payment. A full or partial refund will be issued based on production status.

  • After 48 hours, a cancellation fee (up to 25%) may apply to cover design, processing, and admin costs.

2. Interior Design Services

Design service fees (consultation, 3D visuals, layouts, etc.) are non-refundable, as these are professional services delivered digitally or on-site.

  • If a project is canceled mid-way, unused portions of the service (if any) may be evaluated for partial refunds at SleepFitt’s discretion.

3. Product Defects or Damage

If you receive a product that is:

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Defective or not as per the approved specifications

Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification:

  • We will repair, replace, or remake the product at no additional cost.

  • Minor variations in wood grains, color shades, or textures are natural and not considered defects.

4. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • SleepFitt will not be responsible for delays caused by payment gateway providers or banks.

5. Eligibility Exclusions

Refunds are not provided in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after order confirmation

  • Site not ready for installation, causing delays

  • Natural wear and tear or damage due to misuse

SleepFitt – Cancellation Policy

At SleepFitt, each project and furniture piece is uniquely crafted to suit our customers' personal style and space. Our cancellation policy ensures fairness while respecting the time, effort, and materials invested in the customization process.

1. Order Cancellation Window

Custom Furniture & Turnkey Projects:

  • Orders can be canceled within 48 hours of making the advance payment.

  • After 48 hours, cancellations may incur a cancellation fee of up to 25% to cover design and administrative costs.

  • If production has already begun, cancellation is not permitted, and the advance amount will be non-refundable.

Interior Design Services:

  • Cancellations made before design work begins are eligible for a full refund.

  • Once the design process has started (consultation, space planning, 3D visuals, etc.), no refund will be provided for the service fee.

2. How to Cancel an Order

3. Special Cases

4. Project-Based Engagements

In large-scale or turnkey interior projects, a detailed agreement will outline cancellation clauses. In general:

  • Advance payments are non-refundable after execution begins.

  • Work paused or canceled midway by the client may still be billed proportionally for completed tasks.

5. Modification vs. Cancellation

In many cases, we encourage modifying your order instead of canceling. Our team will assist in adjusting designs, materials, or timelines if feasible.
